Shipping Options

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders. Most orders are processed & shipped within 5-10 business days. However, given all orders are made-to-order, some orders may take up to 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process before shipping. Please note that orders placed close to holidays will ship after the holidays. You will be notified once your order has shipped.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has entered production, cancellations are no longer possible.

USA Domestic — Always Free Expedited Shipping on orders over $99.
Canada — Free shipping on orders over $400. Otherwise, variable depending on location.
International — Free shipping on orders over $600. Otherwise, it varies depending on location.

Exchange Policy 

Remember to carefully select the size and color stitching that suits your style when placing your order. When ordering belts, our system asks for pant size; the belt will be made 2 inches larger than your pant size for the ideal fit.

Leather belts may be exchanged within 15 days of delivery to craft a new belt or for in-house credit only. Please note that a 20% exchange fee will apply to any exchange. Exchanges must be for items of equal value to the original purchase price. If you select a higher-priced item, you will be responsible for paying the difference.

Please remember that all belts purchased on sale (Discounted)are final and ineligible for returns.

Please contact our office for a exchangeauthorization number to initiate an exchange. As you know, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

All of our leathers are vegetable-tanned or chrome-chromium tanned. Please avoid exposing the leather to water or excessive sweat, as this may cause damage. We recommend caring for your belt in the same way you would care for leather shoes or other leather accessories. We are not responsible for scratches, fading, or other signs of normal wear and tear.

Please note that, in some cases, the images and colors of our belts may appear different on the website due to the customer’s screen resolution or software settings.

We use full-grain aniline dye on all our French and Italian calf Leather goods. As a result, all-natural markings, scales, and imperfections are visible as expected— especially on all Exotic Skins.

We highly recommend shipping any exchange order via UPS or FedEx.
