We offer a full line of smooth-finished leather belts. These belts are made from premium, full-grain Italian calf hide for a silky finish that’s incredibly touchable. Full-grain leather is the finest leather, made from hides that require minimal processing. Because of its inherent quality, more of the top layer of hide can be left intact during processing. (Lesser quality hides need further refining, which removes that top layer before they can be tanned and finished) Since the top layer of full-grain leather is intact, it is more durable than other leathers, meaning it will last far longer. This also makes full-grain leather ideal for heavily used items like belts. There is another unique and prized attribute found in full-grain leather. Full-grain leather, with age and care, will develop what’s called a patina. A patina is a deep, glossy shine and full-grain leather develops this naturally over time. Italian calf leather is some of the finest leather available on the market today. Our leathers are finished in Italy and then shipped to our workspace in sunny Florida. Our skilled craftspeople create functional works of art, one bespoke belt at a time.

In addition to our traditionally colored belts, we also offer two hand-stained vegetable tanned leather belts. Vegetable-tanned, or veg tan, leathers are processed using tannins from natural sources like tree barks. This is one of the oldest tanning methods known to man, and it results in leather with more body and character. With hand staining, color is applied to your leather belt by hand, resulting in a unique, organic look.
