Every Roger Ximenez belt is cut and finished specifically for you after you place your order, not pulled off a shelf. That means your delivery window covers two things: the time it takes our artisans to craft your belt, and the time it takes to ship it to you.

Processing & Delivery Timeline

• Most orders are crafted, processed, and shipped within 1–5 business days.
• Shipping will take roughly 2-5 business days after leaving our workshop.
• However, due to the nature of our bespoke process, it can take up to 20 business days — excluding holidays and weekends.
• Orders placed within a few days of major holidays will ship after the holiday.
• You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your belt leaves our workshop.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You may cancel or change your order within 1 hour of placing it. Once your order has entered production, we're no longer able to make changes or cancel, since your belt is already being crafted specifically for you.

We want you to love the belt you ordered. Because every Roger Ximenez belt is bespoke — cut, dyed, and finished to your exact measurements — our return process works a little differently than off-the-shelf retail. Here's everything you need to know.

What to Expect From Your Leather

Our belts are crafted from full-grain, aniline-dyed French and Italian calf leather (and exotic skins, where noted). Because this leather is dyed rather than painted or coated, natural markings, scale patterns, and small imperfections remain visible — that's the signature of genuine full-grain leather, not a flaw. With wear, you'll also notice some creasing and patina develop over time; that's leather doing what leather does, and it's part of what makes it look better with age.

One more thing worth knowing: monitor calibration and resolution vary from screen to screen, so the color you see online may look slightly different once your belt is in hand.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because every belt is made to order for your custom fit, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. You can choose a refund to your original payment method, an exchange for a different style, or a modification to get the perfect fit.

• Restocking fee: A 20% fee applies to every return, covering the materials, craftsmanship, and processing that go into each custom-made belt, plus return shipping

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned belt, we'll notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days, minus the 20% restocking fee. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

How to Choose Your Perfect Belt Size

We make sizing simple! Just select your current pant size, and we'll automatically add 2 inches to create your ideal belt length. For example, if you wear size 32 pants, we'll cut your belt to size 34.

If you wear different pant sizes:

• If you have multiple sizes across brands (e.g., size 34 slacks but size 36 jeans), please select the larger size (36).
• For odd-numbered sizes (e.g., size 35), please select the next size up (36).

Choosing Your Belt Width

• 35mm: Our standard width, perfect for everyday wear and most belt loops
• 40mm: Slightly wider for a bolder look, ideal for casual styles and larger frame sizes
