Most orders process within 1-5 business days. However, since all orders are made-to-order, some orders may take up to 14 days before shipped. We will notify you once your order has shipped.
We always offer free 2-day shipping on all orders to any address in the continental U.S. (no PO boxes please). You will see this option available at checkout.
All bespoke leather belts are made to order for a custom fit. All leather belts can be returned within 30 days of shipment for modification or exchange only. A restocking fee of 10% will be applied to your order in the case we must resize the belt completely.
For other leather products such as iPad Cases, iPhone Cases, Wallets and Bags, we offer a 100% refund guarantee for returns within 30 days of purchase.
We do not accept products that show signs of wear and tear.
