I have 4 bespoke belts by Roger. They all are very nice, quality is great! I wanted a blue/Black belt but with a different buckle.
I ordered this last belt, on sale, after I checked with customer service . With reference to the buckle change he indicated to 'just tell them”.
I emailed the customer service rep regarding my order and the buckle request. I also added a note to my payment requesting a different buckle.
So I got the right belt, wrong buckle.
