When placing your order, remember to carefully select the size and color stitching that suits your style. For the ideal fit, we recommend ordering belts 2 inches larger than your pant size.
Leather belts can be returned within 15 days of delivery for exchange or in-house credit only. Please note that a 15% fee will be applied for any necessary exchanges. Exchanges must be equal value to the original purchase price. If you choose a higher-priced item, you will be responsible for paying the difference. Please be aware that all belts purchased on sale are final and ineligible for returns.
To initiate a return, kindly contact our office for a return authorization number. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns.

I have 4 bespoke belts by Roger. They all are very nice, quality is great! I wanted a blue/Black belt but with a different buckle. I ordered this last belt, on sale, after I checked with customer service . With reference to the buckle change he indicated to 'just tell them”. I emailed the customer service rep regarding my order and the buckle request. I also added a note to my payment requesting a different buckle. So I got the right belt, wrong buckle.
