Most orders process within 1-5 business days. However, since all orders are made-to-order, some orders may take up to 14 days before shipping. We will notify you once your order has shipped.
We always offer free expedited shipping on all orders to any address in the continental U.S. (no PO boxes please). You will see this option available at checkout.

Canada — Free shipping on orders over $400. Otherwise variable depending on location.
International — Free shipping on orders over $600. Otherwise variable depending on location.
When placing your order, remember to carefully select the size and color stitching that suits your style. For the ideal fit, we recommend ordering belts 2 inches larger than your pant size.
Leather belts can be returned within 15 days of delivery for exchange or in-house credit only. Please note that a 15% fee will be applied for any necessary exchanges. Exchanges must be equal value to the original purchase price. If you choose a higher-priced item, you will be responsible for paying the difference. Please be aware that all belts purchased on sale are final and ineligible for returns.
To initiate a return, kindly contact our office for a return authorization number. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns.

I received my belt quickly, and communication was excellent! When I ordered, I forgot to “turn the wheel” to my size, and so it showed up as a size 30- which I guess is the default. I realized my mistake right away and sent a follow up email to declare my size and make them aware of my mistake. I got an email, letting me know they were aware, and then a phone call. Big sigh of relief for me- again this was MY mistake and they took care of it. I will be ordering again! Scott in Arizona
